What we collect
- What you send us when you write or use the enquiry form — your name, email address, telephone number and message.
- What a sale requires — billing and delivery address, and the records of the transaction that we are obliged to keep.
- Nothing else. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third-party servers.
The enquiry form on this site does not transmit anything by itself: it opens your own email programme with the message prepared, and nothing reaches us until you send it from there.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted after two years. Sale records are kept for seven years, as tax law requires.
Your rights
Write to info@cambriagallery.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act you may make these requests without charge and without being treated differently for having made them. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, the equivalent rights under the UK GDPR and GDPR apply and we honour them.
Mailing list
We write to our list a few times a year, when there is something worth reporting. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is instant and permanent.
